i was thrilled with my room's cleanliness and the amazing views from the windows i also found the complimentary shuttle service to kite beach super convenient the breakfast options were diverse catering to all tastes i particularly appreciated the hotel's central location near a metro station , made getting around so simple. the staff's friendliness and professionalism stood out making the experience extra special.
the swimming pool was somewhat small considering the hotel's size i noticed it was often crowded with limited sunloungers available

The location is perfect. I found it central and convenient. it's close to everything, including a metro station connecting directly with terminal 1. everything inside was wonderful. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. all areas i used were sparkly clean. Housekeeping and room service were lovely.

I booked tours through Mayra Tours. Salma organized a desert safari and a yacht tour for me. The hotel location is excellent. It is close to the metro and has various restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast included soft drinks and offered a family choice of good food.
I noticed that the pool is located in a separate building. This arrangement was not very convenient.
